What is the Gallery of Fluid Motion?
The Gallery of Fluid Motion consists of posters and videos submitted by attendees illustrating the science — and often also the beauty — of fluid motion. Both computational and experimental entries are encouraged. Poster and video entries must not duplicate one another.
Gallery of Fluid Motion (GFM) Submissions
Video and poster submission is now open. All entries (video and poster) must be started before September 17, 2021, and finalized by October 8, 2021.

Video and Poster Prize Presentations
Video and poster authors should be in the Exhibit Hall during the Afternoon Refreshment Break on Monday, November 22nd. Prize winners will be announced at this time.
A panel will select outstanding entries based on artistic value, scientific content, and originality. The winning entries will be published as a special supplement to Physical Review Fluids. In addition, the top three winners in each category will be presented the Milton Van Dyke Award – consisting of a small monetary prize, a copy of the Album of Fluid Motion, and an award certificate.
