An Effective Recruitment Tool

For over 70 years, the APS Division of Fluid Dynamics Annual Meeting has served as the largest, most comprehensive, and cost-effective event for the fluid dynamics community.  The meeting attracts attendees from various academic, governmental, industrial, and scientific institutions from all around the world.  The exhibit space is an effective recruitment tool and venue for this interested audience to learn about the most up-to-date products and services.

In addition to the exhibiting companies, the Exhibit Hall serves as the location for several other attractions, including:

DFD Standard Booth Fee

  • 10’ x 10’ $3,200 ($32 per square ft.)

The fee includes one 6’ draped table, two chairs, 8-foot back wall drape, 3-foot sidewall drape, one wastebasket, and one booth ID sign.

DFD Booth Benefits

  • Complimentary company listing and link to your company on this DFD website.
  • Listing in the final program.

UP to four (4) exhibit hall badges. Badges are good for the exhibit hall, general sessions, and technical sessions (if there is space available) and Sunday’s Conference Reception

Exhibit Location

Exhibits will be located in North Hall CDE of the Phoenix Convention Center.

Hours

Exact hours will be provided once the program is finalized in early September.

  • Set-up and Teardown
    Set-up: Saturday afternoon, November 21
    Tear-down: Tuesday, November 23, approximately noon
  • Show Hours
    Sunday morning, November 21 until approximately noon on Tuesday, November 23.
